Refund Policy

At Emmanuel Tech, we want our clients to be completely satisfied with the services we provide. However, if for any reason a client is not satisfied, we offer a refund policy as outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

If a client wishes to cancel a project or service, they must provide written notice to the Company. If the project or service has not yet begun, the client will receive a full refund. If the project or service has begun, the client will be charged for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Refund Policy

If a client is not satisfied with the services provided, they may request a refund within 30 days of the completion of the service. The Company will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and will provide a refund at its discretion.

In the event a refund is approved, the client will be refunded the amount paid for the services, minus any expenses already incurred by the Company, such as third-party costs or out-of-pocket expenses.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, the Company may offer a partial refund if a client is not completely satisfied with the services provided. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
